Hi Chris,

I just wanted to drop you a line about the great customer service I continue to receive from Eagle.

I’m not your most frequent customer and I know how easy it is to complain about bad service! However, I just wanted to let you know I’ve had nothing but excellent customer service from Eagle for the last few years. Special mention should go to Nicky who has never hesitated to help me with any hiccups I’ve encountered. I also like the instant recognition whenever I call and the speed with which enquires are dealt with. I also tend to place orders late in the afternoon but can’t fail to be impressed with the speed in which orders are dispatched.

Also, whilst I’m writing I’d like to mention how much I like your Plus-Ribbon range of ribbons. I find them to be of a far better quality than Magicard’s own ribbons – and obviously incredibly better value.
